These Terms and Conditions apply to all consultations, treatments, and appointments booked with the Clinic. By booking an appointment and/or paying a consultation fee, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Consultation Fees
1.1 A non-transferable consultation fee of £30 (£50 for Harley Street consultations) is payable at the time of booking for all new patients.
1.2 Consultation fees are redeemable against treatment undertaken within one (1) calendar month of the consultation date.
1.3 If you choose not to proceed with treatment following your consultation, the consultation fee is non-refundable, subject to clause 1.6 and your statutory rights.
1.4 Additional consultations to discuss alternative or extra treatment options will incur a fee of £50, which is not redeemable against future treatment.
1.5 Consultation fees may only be redeemed against treatment provided by the Clinic and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
1.6 Consultation Fee Refunds:
- Where a consultation fee has been paid but no consultation appointment has been booked within six (6) months, the consultation fee will be forfeited.
- Refunds within the six-month period will be processed in accordance with the Clinic’s standard refund procedure, with any applicable administrative/processing fees deducted.
2. Bookings, Payments, and Pre-Treatment Guidelines
2.1 All bookings and consultation fees are taken by telephone.
2.2 Appointments are not confirmed until the applicable consultation fee has been paid in full.
2.3 All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 Appointment Preparation and Attendance:
- Patients will be informed of any preparation required before treatment. Failure to follow this guidance may result in reduced treatment time, cancellation of the appointment, or additional charges if further clinical steps are necessary.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in the appointment being treated as a missed session and subject to the applicable charges as set out in clause 3.5.
- If you have any symptoms such as a temperature, cold, sore throat, cough, flu, or are otherwise feeling unwell, you must cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being treated as missed and the applicable charges as set out in clause 3.5 will apply. The Clinic reserves the right to postpone or cancel appointments if a patient attends while unwell.
- For facial treatments, all make-up must be removed prior to attending the appointment.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
3.1 A minimum of seventy-two (72) hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange any appointment.
3.2 Cancellations or requests to reschedule outside of this period must be made by telephone.
3.3 Where sufficient notice is provided, consultation fees/ deposit for treatment will be refunded less a 3.9% administrative processing fee.
3.4 Failure to provide the required notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in the consultation fee/treatment fee being retained by the Clinic and deemed non-refundable.
3.5 Missed treatment appointments will incur a charge of £50.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Except as expressly set out in these Terms, consultation fees are non-refundable.
4.2 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
4.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
5. Clinical Discretion
5.1 All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and suitability. The Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or in the patient’s best interests.
5.2 Payment of a consultation fee does not guarantee that treatment will be offered.
5.3 Deposits: A deposit of £50 may be required for certain treatments and circumstances.
6. Child Policy
6.1 Children under eighteen (18) years are not permitted in treatment rooms under any circumstances.
6.2 If a patient attends with a child, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult who remains with the child in the reception area at all times.
6.3 The Clinic accepts no responsibility or liability for children on the premises.
7. Follow-Up Appointments
7.1 After botulinum toxin treatment, the Clinic may offer a follow-up appointment within 2–3 weeks to review results and assess if any minor adjustments are needed.
7.2 If you are unable to attend the follow-up within this period, no additional treatment or adjustments will be provided after the 2–3 week window.
